Angular Braid Chignon

- Have your hair down.  It doesn't matter if it's curly or straight.  This style can be done on hair neck length or longer.

- Create a round parting from ear to ear above your occipital bone (back of head).  Start a ponytail, only pulling it through to an inch or two from the ends of your hair.

- Loop the rubber band and pull halfway through.  Continue to do this until your rubber band is too tight to do it anymore.

- Lightly pull on all of the half ponytails to stretch and dissect it.

- Create a round parting from ear to ear across the crown of your head.  Start a ponytail, only pulling it through to an inch or two from the ends of your hair.

- Repeat Steps 3.

- Repeat Step 4.

- Take the remaining hair to create a three strand braid.  Over-direct it to the back right side of your head.  Braid to the ends.

- Lay the braid over the top of the ponies and pull the ends under the bottom of the ponies.

- Bobby pin the ends securely into the base of one of your ponies.  On any areas "sticking out", take a bobby pin (without opening it up) and weave it through a few pieces of hair pushing the pin directly to the head.
