Spring 2017 10 X 10 | Day 10
It's Day 10 of the Spring 2017 10x10 Challenge hosted by Un-Fancy and Style Bee. If you want to know more about it or do it yourself, you can get info and inspo here. Even though this was a 10 day challenge, it was a 15 day challenge for me because we were away from home. We ended up coming home early so I'm going to cut it off at 10 days. However, I'm still going to make sure I post all 10 of my outfits.

THINGS TO CONSIDER
Weather: Pretty in Colorado today, sunny and in the 70s. It will drop down to the 40s tonight.
Work/Activities: All day in a studio for a photo shoot. Will be doing hair/makeup and it will be low-key.
Wear/Washability: Love the way this dress fits. It's fitting but not tight. Comfortable enough to wear and work in all day. The tank is cotton so it has the tendency to get fuzzies after a couple wears but the fit has held up great.
STYLE NOTES
NOT LOVING THIS LOOK to be completely honest. After 8 days of wearing the same 10 items plus a few accessories, I was feeling stuck. Partly, it was great because I had to think outside the box but I think I reached too hard on this one. The black tank just isn't the right material or shape to pair with dress. Not to mention the belt just wasn't tight enough to fir around my waist right.
PICK A BELT THAT MATCHES THE SHOES I used to hate wearing black, brown and/or navy together. I always felt those colors were base colors and they shouldn't be worn together. Over the years, that has changed but I still think I like when the belt, bag, and shoes are the same when it comes to black or brown. I may have to switch out the belt for the rest of the challenge.
